At BeerMe, we’re committed to building something that lasts—because the only thing worse than warm beer is a busted launch mechanism.

Every Founder’s Edition cooler comes backed by our two-part warranty system. It’s our promise that this isn’t some throwaway gimmick. It’s a machine—designed for years of summer chaos.

 

5-Year Warranty – Cooler Shell

Your BeerMe’s outer shell is made from rotomolded plastic, the same material trusted by high-end outdoor brands. We cover it for five full years from the date of shipment.

What’s covered:

  • Cracks, structural failures, and deformation from normal use

  • Warping, delamination, or insulation failure

What’s not:

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, party scars)

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or “experiments”

1-Year Warranty – Launch System & Electronics

The internal system—including the motor, reload mechanism, battery housing, and controls—is covered for one yearfrom the date of shipment.

What’s covered:

  • Mechanical or electronic failure under normal use

  • Malfunctions with the launch, reload, or power system

What’s not:

  • Water damage beyond splash or rain exposure
  • Improper charging, disassembly, or loading… non-can items
  • Use of anything other than 12oz standard cans

How to File a Warranty Claim

If something breaks and it shouldn’t have, we want to make it right.

To file a claim, send us:

  • Your original order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • A short description of what happened

We’ll get back to you within 5 business days and resolve claims within 7–10.

If approved, we’ll repair, replace, or send you parts—whatever gets you back to launching faster.

Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to BeerMe coolers purchased through our website. It doesn’t cover:

  • Secondary resale
  • Damage from wild misuse (we love enthusiasm, but physics is still physics)
  • Normal fading, staining, or cosmetic blemishes

Reminder

This is a pre-production launch. Final colors and cosmetic details may vary slightly. But we will not compromise on quality—every unit will be built with the same materials and structural integrity we’re testing today.
