Reservation FAQ
How do reservations work? Will I be charged right away?
Great question! When you reserve your BeerMe you won’t be charged immediately. Instead, we’re using a “charge later” system powered by PreProduct, which means:
- You reserve your unit today by authorizing your payment method.
- No money leaves your account at the time of reservation.
- Once BeerMe is ready to ship, we’ll email you a heads-up before we finalize the charge.
- After the charge goes through, your order will be prepared and you’ll receive tracking info.
This system helps us:
- Forecast demand
- Finalize production quantities
- Reward early supporters while keeping everything transparent
If you change your mind anytime before your card is charged, you can cancel your reservation with a single click—no questions asked.
Will I be charged today?
No. This is an only a reservation. Your card will only be charged when production begins. We will notify you before charging.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes—anytime before we charge cards and begin mold fabrication. No risk, no pressure
Will the product look exactly like the photos?
All images are of pre-production prototypes. Final colors and minor design details may change, but build quality is guaranteed—rotomolded shell and our patented launch system aren't going anywhere.
When will it ship?
We’re targeting September 2025. We'll have more details as we get closer to kicking off tools over the coming weeks and will keep you posted with timely updates.
Is there a warranty?
